| I am offering my Finnclipper 35 motorsailer, measuring 11 × 3.20 m with 1.20 m draft. A complete restoration in August 2021 covered the hull, paint, cockpit, wiring, electrics, electronics and upholstery. The serviced Perkins produces 75 CV. Equipment includes four batteries, solar charging, stainless-steel rails and panel supports, 4 mm polycarbonate windows, ventilation ports, bathing platform, ladder and davits. Navigation equipment comprises NASA wind instruments and depth/log, GPS and Icom VHF with MMSI. There are automatic bilge pumps, audio and surveillance cameras, shore power, charger, electric windlass, hydraulic steering, enclosed cockpit and bimini. Inside are a folding table, refrigerator, TV, hot-water bathroom, holding tank and macerator; a 50-litre boiler and stern shower are fitted. Mainsail, genoa and spinnaker are included, with controls led to the cockpit. Two tenders and a 15 CV auxiliary motor are advertised. Water capacity is 250 litres and diesel capacity 400 litres. Spanish documents are available; the stated ITB expiry year is 2026, so its exact validity needs confirmation.
