My personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Registering and creating an account on i-Harbor;

• Providing access to i-Harbor features;

• Identifying the user when using i-Harbor;

• Contacting me to send notifications, requests, and information related to use of i-Harbor;

• Processing my inquiries, requests, and applications;

• Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;

• Maintaining the security of i-Harbor and its users;

• Improving i-Harbor to enhance service quality and usability;

• Displaying advertising and personalized offers and conducting market research and surveys;

• Complying with legal requirements;

• Exercising the right of i-Harbor to judicial and other protection, and its other rights and lawful interests.

3. Grounds for Personal Data Processing:

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• This consent from the data subject to processing of their personal data;

• Internal personal data protection documents;

• The founding document of i-Harbor.

• anonymization,

• transfer (provision),

• transfer (dissemination),

• organization,

• deletion,

• destruction,

• clarification (updating or modification),

• storage.

5. Duration and Withdrawal of Consent:

This consent is effective from the time it is given until I withdraw it by sending a written notice to the Operator at the address stated at the beginning of this consent, by emailing support@i-harbor.ru, or through my i-Harbor account, or until i-Harbor ceases operations. The Operator must stop processing and destroy my personal data within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the withdrawal, except where Russian law permits the Operator to continue processing without my consent.

6. Consequences of Withdrawing Consent:

I have been informed that withdrawing consent to personal data processing will prevent me from using i-Harbor features that require such processing, including, without limitation, accessing my account and posting and managing listings.
