Definitions

1. Subject Matter of the Offer

1.1. The Company provides information technology services to the User through i-Harbor, and the User pays for those services.

1.2. The specific services, fees, and delivery procedures are set out in the

, which forms an integral part of this Offer.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

2.1. The Offer remains valid until withdrawn by the Company.

2.2. A prospective User enters into the Agreement (accepts the Offer) by paying for a service.

2.3. The Company may amend the Offer. A new version takes effect on the date it is published under

, unless the Company specifies a different effective date at publication.

2.4. By continuing to place Orders after changes are made, the User accepts and agrees to those changes.

2.5. The Company does not undertake to provide services to every prospective User.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Provide services in accordance with the Offer and the current

  Price List

• Allow the Customer to review the Offer and

  rates

• Refund payments in accordance with the law if a paid service cannot be provided due to the Service Provider.

• The Company is not liable for performance of the Agreement or losses incurred by the User if the User is unable to receive services through i-Harbor for reasons not attributable to the Company, including lost sign-in credentials, disruption caused by third parties, or technical failures.

• Refuse to publish or remove a Listing that violates Russian law, moral or ethical standards, or the subject matter of i-Harbor.

• The Company may send the User notices relating to performance of the Agreement, including legally significant notices.

• Assume full and independent responsibility for the content and accuracy of information included in an Order.

• Pay for services provided by the Service Provider in accordance with the procedures and terms of the Offer and

  Price List

• Comply with applicable law when using i-Harbor and posting materials.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1. Service fees are determined by the current

published on i-Harbor.

4.2. The User pays 100% of the selected service fees in advance.

4.3. Payments are made through the payment systems available on i-Harbor.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Company is not liable for Listing content or any losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of posting a Listing.

5.2. The User is fully responsible for the content and accuracy of information in their Listing and its compliance with legal requirements, including the Russian Federal Law On Advertising.

5.3. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations in the event of force majeure.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement are resolved through negotiation. If they cannot be resolved, they are referred to a court at the location of the Company in accordance with Russian law.

6.2. If a court finds any provision of the Offer invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

6.3. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
