| We are selling our Lagoon 450 F flybridge sailing catamaran for TRY 19,500,000. She is a genuine family boat in exceptional condition, with private family use only. This is a private sale, and we are not considering exchanges. Our boat has been in our family almost from the first day. She has never been used commercially or chartered, even for a single day. We have used her only for our own family cruises, without overworking the rig or engines. We have personally overseen everything from freshwater washing after each trip to seasonal maintenance. The flybridge sunbathing area, forward cockpit cushions, exterior furniture and saloon furniture retain their original condition. We have added a further 10 square metres of teak.
