| I am selling my 1987 Princess 30 DS Fly motor yacht at a winter price of EUR 29,900. I have owned her since 2009 and am giving up boating because of my age. During my ownership, I have used her only in freshwater. She is a non-smoking boat, has been serviced regularly, and I have all the maintenance invoices. Hull and layout - Fibreglass hull; length 9.44 m, beam 3.35 m, draft 0.90 m and weight 6,000 kg. - Three cabins, six sleeping berths and capacity for six passengers. - The layout includes a forward cabin, galley cabin, saloon and flybridge. - The forward double berth has a roof hatch and sleeps two. - The galley dining area has a table and bench seating for four and converts into two sleeping berths. - The helm/saloon area seats four to six people and provides another two sleeping berths. - One washroom with a washbasin, toilet, shower and window. - Plenty of storage, upholstery and curtains throughout. - Lake Constance approval. Engines, steering and navigation - Two Volvo Penta D3 AT four-cylinder diesel engines, each rated at 160 PS, giving a combined 320 PS, with sterndrives. - The engines have approximately 750 and 880 operating hours respectively. - Two 300-litre diesel tanks, giving a total fuel capacity of 600 litres. - Interior helm and an additional helm on the flybridge. - Bow thruster installed in 2010 at a cost of EUR 3,200. - Rudder and steering system renewed in 2024 at a cost of EUR 6,000. - HELM automatic steering system / autopilot. - Hummingbird fishfinder with satellite reception, navigation and automatic steering functions; purchase price EUR 3,000. Galley, water and comfort - Galley with a sink, two-burner gas cooker, oven and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. - One 270-litre freshwater tank, pressurised water and hot-water system. - Electric water heater replaced in 2025 at a cost of EUR 2,400. - Waste holding tank installed in 2026 and still unused. - Eberspächer D4 auxiliary heater. - Television with aerial reception and DVD player. - Four batteries replaced in 2024 at a cost of EUR 1,800; 220 V charging connection. Deck and equipment - Spacious aft area with a bench and room for tables and chairs, plus a drinks refrigerator and ice maker. - Flybridge with helm, corner seating and sun protection. - Covers and sun protection for the aft seating area and flybridge replaced in 2023 at a cost of EUR 6,000. - Aft bathing platform with boarding ladder and outdoor shower, in addition to the shower in the washroom. - Anchor, chain and anchor locker, with an electric anchor windlass purchased in 2011 for EUR 2,600. - Inflatable dinghy with an electric motor or a 5 PS petrol motor. - Bilge pump and underwater protective coating.
