| I am selling my 2015 houseboat in Bodrum, presented as Turkey's first floating home. Built in Ankara by Australian engineers and transported to Bodrum by road, she has an entirely aluminium trimaran hull. She measures 17 metres long and 6 metres wide, with a 160-square-metre home concept and capacity for 12 passengers. Layout and comfort Originally designed as a honeymoon boat, she has an open-plan layout with a bedroom, cinema room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, cockpit, terrace, wheelhouse and barbecue area. Three cabins are listed. Equipment includes two refrigerators, a dishwasher, oven and built-in kitchen appliances, washing machine, coffee machine, juicer, television, air conditioning, internet and a camera system. She brings together the comforts of a home and a boat. Engines and electrical system - Two Suzuki outboard engines rated at 140 hp each, providing 280 hp in total. - Both engines are in like-new condition with only 10 hours each. - Gasoline fuel. - Eight solar panels producing electricity on board. - An inverter and four gel batteries, each described as 200 amps.
