| I am selling my 2025 ERC 360 motor yacht, launched in May 2025. She is 11 m long and 3.3 m wide, with a fibreglass hull, two cabins, four berths, a saloon and bathroom/toilet facilities. She flies the Turkish flag, is afloat in Kuşadası and has no flybridge. The yacht has a 370 hp Toyota Nanni diesel engine with 180 hours. All servicing and antifouling were completed on 9 September 2026, including propeller pitch adjustment. The engine compartment has been soundproofed. Navigation and manoeuvring: - Autopilot, electric trim tabs and rudder-angle sensor. - Raymarine 9-inch fishfinder and chartplotter, electronic charts, GPS, depth indication and speedometer. - Sionyx night-vision camera for viewing the sea in darkness. - 36 V Minn Kota motor with a lithium battery, plus a bow thruster. - Remote-controlled chain counter and 1,500 W electric windlass with 60 m of 8 mm chain and an anchor. - Two radios: one handheld and one fixed. - Remote-controlled searchlights forward and aft. Power, heating and tanks: - Webasto heating and air conditioning. - Two 640 W solar panels. - Two AGM batteries rated 240 each and three gel batteries rated 200 each. - AC/DC electrical system, inverter, power supply and hydraulic installation. - Two bilge pumps and a pressurised freshwater system. - 500-litre diesel tank, 400-litre freshwater tank and two 250-litre holding tanks, with sewage and wastewater storage. - Underwater and cockpit lighting. Comfort and galley: - Three refrigerators, a cooler, a freezer and an ice maker. - Stove, coffee machine, tea machine and water heater. - Two televisions with satellite TV equipment. - BOSS music system with eight speakers and a bass system. - Sunbeds, passerelle and swimming ladder. Tender, fishing and safety equipment: - 2.40 m Zodiac inflatable tender with a 3.5 hp motor. - Fishing equipment, lifebuoy and 8 + 2 lifejackets. - Three fire extinguishers and fire-extinguishing equipment. This is a fully equipped boat with more equipment than I can list. Berthing at Setur Kuşadası is paid until mid-June 2027, under the 16-month arrangement mentioned in my offer.
